The ultimate 2 wheeled adventure tent......

Well...after a soggy adventure last September in northern Ontario I have finally decided to purchase a bigger tent with more usable space. No more trying to figure out where to put my wet gear, struggling with trying to get dressed...and as a bonus it has a space to keep the bike out of the elements or use as a vestibule for cooking and drying stuff out...
After speaking with Kevin Muggleton at Nomad Tent Company (www.nomadtent.com) I have gone ahead a purchased 3 tents for me and a couple of riding buddies. We will do a proper evaluation of the tent as soon as the snow melts and we can get out ...stay tuned.

Land Rover Defender ....becoming an icon.

This is not a motorcycle story but is a great article about the history of the Land Rover Defender D-90. The D-90 is definitely becoming a very rare vehicle. I have been lucky to find one of the few original 94 Defender 90 that were imported specifically into Canada. The Land Rover Defender has been an icon for the Land rover brand for decades...
